Liz Hoskins

Elizabeth S. Hoskins, age 67, died peacefully in her home in Centennial, CO on May 8th, 2018. She was a devoted wife, caring mother, doting grandmother, loving cousin, sister, and aunt, and loyal friend. She enjoyed traveling, and expressed herself through her life-long passion for knitting. She found comfort with her dear friends at Temple Sinai, her Torah study group, her book clubs, and her knitting groups. She bragged about her children at every opportunity, and her grandchildren were her sunshine and her greatest joy. Maya, Oscar, Aidan, and a baby girl on the way will cherish their hand-knit baby blankets, sweaters, socks, and shawls. She knitted her way through many cancer treatments since her diagnosis in 2016, and maintained her strong-willed spirit and positive outlook through each plot twist. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Gary Hoskins; daughters, Amanda Perlstein (Ari) and Alison Hoskins-Kelly (John); mother, Beatrice Botkin; brother, Stephen Botkin (Jeanette Zwart); her grandchildren, extended family members and friends. Service, Thursday, 2:00pm, Temple Sinai; internment Mount Nebo Memorial Park. Contributions to Temple Sinai or Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance (www.colo-ovariancancer.org http://www.colo-ovariancancer.org).
