If you would like to make a donation in honor or memory of an individual, you can use the PayPal link below. You will receive a thank-you letter from COCA acknowledging your donation.
If you would like to have an additional letter sent to the family or another recipient, click on the line, "Add Memorial Info Here," in the PayPal transaction.
Include the name of the deceased and the mailing address where you would like the letter sent. COCA will send an acknowledgement letter to that address, with notification of your memorial donation.
