Please make your charitable contribution and help us with our
mission to support ovarian cancer survivors and promote early detection
of ovarian cancer in Colorado.

- Write "For Nicki's Circle" on the check memo line if you are donating to the support group specifically.

Memorial & Honoree Donations
If you would like to make a donation in honor or memory of an
individual, you can send us a check or use the Donate Now link. Please include the name of the person you are honoring. You will receive a
thank-you letter in the mail from COCA with acknowledgment of your donation.
In addition, if you would like to have a letter sent to the family or
another recipient, please include the name of the honoree/deceased and the mailing address where you
would like the letter sent. This can also be done online in the "Memorial Donation Info" line of the online transaction. COCA will send an acknowledgment letter in the mail to
that address, with notification of your memorial donation.
Colorado State Income Tax Checkoff Donation
Remember to mark
the check box on your next Colorado State Income Tax Return form for
"Breast and Women's Reproductive Cancers" and increase grant funds available for
our cause.
Other ways to make a donation
- Pick up a donation envelope at a Nicki's Circle support group or at a COCA event table
- Come to one of our fundraising events where a portion of the proceeds go to our efforts.
