People House - West Central Denver
If your loved one or friend has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and you would like to connect with others, share support and gain valuable information, please come.
Nicki's Circle Caregivers Group meets at
People House, 3035 West 25th Ave., Denver, 80211, in the
Spruce Room, the
first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (except holidays - watch calendar for updates). Please feel free to bring a snack, questions, and your hopes and fears. The group offers a safe and supportive atmosphere for gaining information, expressing your concerns, sharing emotions and broadening your perspective.
There is a short body-mind meditation with the zither harp before the group starts, from 5:45-6:00 pm, if you would like to come early for that. Please come on in and join us whenever you arrive.
This group is sponsored by the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance (COCA) with space generously provided by People House, and is facilitated by Susan Hess, MA, LPC, MT-BC, licensed professional counselor. There is no charge.
Please register prior to coming to the group for the first time.

People House is located ½ block west of Federal Blvd on the north side of the street. Click here for driving instructions at Mapquest
The house is a red brick Victorian built in the late 1800's, with an old-fashioned street lamp out in front carrying a small sign that says "People House."
Parking in front of People House is often quite limited; therefore it is best to park in the free parking lot which is located directly behind People House. Please enter the parking lot on Grove Street (one block west of Federal) between 25h and 26th Ave.
You can enter through the back door. The Spruce Room is located on the first floor by the front door.
